Tailored Workshops for Organizations

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can offer your team is a real conversation, one that goes beyond awareness and actually gives people something to work with.

I bring the same direct, grounded approach to organizational workshops that I bring to my clinical work. No generic slideshows or vague talking points. These are interactive, discussion-based sessions built around your team's actual challenges, with space for honest questions and practical takeaways people can use right away.

Topics can be customized and may include stress and burnout, anxiety in the workplace, compassion fatigue, communication and conflict, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and supporting mental health in high-demand roles.

I deliver sessions in-person across Durham Region and virtually across Ontario, working with leadership teams, frontline staff, educators, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Individual Supervision
One on one session with Simar
$100 per session

Dual Supervision
Bring a colleague or a fellow student and share the experience
$90 per person per session

Both formats are available virtually and in person.

Supervision opens in September 2026. Spots will be limited to ensure each supervisee receives the time and attention the process deserves.
