Firm rule: Reschedules/cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows are charged the full session fee.

Your session time is reserved just for you, and we understand that unexpected things can come up. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions changed or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee, as this time usually can’t be filled on short notice.

To cancel or reschedule, please email your therapist directly. Email is the only accepted method, so your request is clearly received.
