We want your first visit to feel easy. Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.
Getting Here
Our office is a converted house, offering a quiet, welcoming environment designed to provide privacy and a comfortable therapy experience.
Parking
Complimentary client parking is available on the left side of the property.
If the parking spaces are occupied, free street parking is also available where permitted.
Please do not block the driveway, as it must remain accessible for clients entering and leaving the property.
Property Entry
Please use the entrance located on the right side of the property. In the mudroom, please remove your shoes, or wear the disposable shoe covers provided over your shoes and dispose of them before leaving. Proceed to the waiting area, where you're welcome to help yourself to water from the dispenser by the window, or make yourself a tea in the kitchen. If you arrive a few minutes early, you are welcome to enter and make yourself comfortable — your therapist will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
Virtual Appointments
A secure video link will be sent to your email one hour before your appointment. Please check both your inbox and spam folder. If you do not receive the link, contact your therapist directly.
