With more than 26 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, and families, Lenore brings both extensive clinical knowledge and a deep understanding of the complexities people face throughout life.
Her work has been shaped by decades of supporting individuals navigating trauma, family conflict, grief and loss, parenting challenges, addiction, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. Through her experience in child welfare, education, and community mental health, she has developed a strong appreciation for how family systems, relationships, social environments, and life experiences influence emotional well-being.
Lenore has a particular interest in helping people understand the deeper factors influencing their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behaviour. She believes that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported, while also being empowered to recognize their own strengths and abilities.
Clients often appreciate Lenore's calm, grounded, and compassionate presence, as well as her ability to balance empathy with practical guidance. She creates a supportive environment where difficult conversations can happen safely, helping children, youth, adults, and families gain insight, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges with greater confidence.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, Lenore works collaboratively to help you move toward healing, growth, connection, and lasting change.

Lenore believes that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and empowered. Therapy is not about being told what to do or having someone solve problems for you. Instead, it is a collaborative process that helps individuals and families better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges.
She recognizes that every child, youth, adult, and family brings their own experiences, strengths, and circumstances into therapy. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, Lenore tailors her work to each client's unique needs, goals, and stage of life.
Drawing from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and family systems approaches, Lenore helps clients understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, process difficult experiences, improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier relationships.
Trauma, complex trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, parenting challenges, family relationship difficulties, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, self-esteem, communication challenges, childhood and adolescent concerns, behavioural issues, caregiver support, life transitions, coping skills, resilience building, and personal growth.
