Insightful Journey was created from a genuine desire to offer meaningful support through counselling. As a Registered Psychotherapist, I've always been deeply attuned to what people carry — especially the parts that aren't easily said, but are felt over time.
My role isn't to fix you; it's to help you understand what's happening beneath the surface, so it feels less overwhelming and more manageable. This work has never been about asking you to give more of yourself. It's about helping you use your energy in ways that actually support you — in how you cope, relate, and move through your day-to-day life. That is what this space is built on.
As Insightful Journey has grown and welcomed new therapists, that foundation hasn't changed — it has simply expanded. Every therapist here holds the same standard of care: to meet you with presence, without judgment, and with a genuine commitment to understanding your experience. Whether you're seeking marriage counselling or working one-on-one with one of our therapists, you'll feel that same dedication.

At Insightful Journey, we believe healing looks different for everyone. Alongside our psychotherapy services, we’re pleased to share that Reiki will soon be available at our clinic.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that many people use to support relaxation, calm, and a sense of balance. It is offered as a complementary practice and is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care.
Sessions will be available in person or virtually, and each begins with a free 10-minute consultation with our Reiki Master. Bookings will open soon through our online booking system.
