Guided Sessions are deep, structured, one-topic therapeutic intensives created by Simar for clients who want clarity, direction, and emotional relief without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Instead of covering several issues in a general way, each session focuses on one specific struggle, allowing you to experience real insight and internal softening within a single appointment.
